The Haltec 753S-16 is a premium, heavy-duty 16-inch tire valve extension designed specifically for the demanding environments of commercial trucks, buses, OTR (off-the-road), and heavy machinery wheels. Engineered to simplify tire inflation and pressure maintenance, this hand-bendable large-bore extension allows technicians to custom-shape the tube to clear deep dish wheels, dual-wheel assemblies, and complex rim contours.

Constructed for structural reliability and leak-free performance, the valve features a robust metal design that can be repeatedly formed by hand without collapsing the inner air passage. It is equipped with an advanced secondary sealing mechanism utilizing dual lock nuts, a 3/4-inch hex sealing nut, a Teflon gasket, and a thread-locking lead seal that cold-flows into the threads for an airtight fit. This configuration guarantees a positive mechanical seal even under extreme vibration and high-pressure applications.

Please note: Valve caps and cores are not included and must be transferred from the original stem or sourced separately. For maximum safety and product longevity, this extension must be anchored securely to the wheel rim using an appropriate stabilizing bracket.
