OPEN ACCOUNT
Open account terms of Net 10th Prox (anything billed in a month is due the tenth of the following month) are available with approved credit. Otherwise, orders will be sent C.O.D. or on a cash with order basis. Orders under $20 will be charged a $5 handling fee.

McGee Company prices are subject to change without notice. When ordering, please confirm what the latest prices are.
FREIGHT
All prices are F.O.B. our warehouse unless otherwise specified.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Manufacturer’s warranty applies on all items. Warranty of certain items apply only after inspection by the manufacturer.
MERCHANDISE RETURN
Merchandise is eligible for credit or exchange if the following conditions are fulfilled:
- Authority for return has been received
- All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a notice indicating date of purchase and the invoice number
SALES TAX
McGee Company will bill applicable state and local sales tax on every item, unless sales tax exemption or resale certification forms have been provided by the customer.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
Please inspect all shipments before signing the freight bill. A damaged shipment should be refused; an incomplete shipment should be noted on the freight bill. A claim should be filed with the carrier immediately.
SHIPPING ERRORS
